1. Introduction

Welcome to CyberQualis. By enrolling in our offerings, you agree to these terms, which govern access to live sessions, digital materials, and physical items delivered by CyberQualis, located at 24 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, ON K1M 1M4, Canada.

2. Definitions

Services refer to live workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions on IT-safety and digital literacy. Info Products are digital downloads, e-books, and video tutorials. Goods include physical course kits, books, and device accessories.

3. Services

Access to live sessions and workshops requires registration and full settlement of the cost in advance. Sessions are delivered via online platforms at scheduled times.

4. Info Products

Digital materials are provided after processing of the cost and are available for immediate download.

5. Goods

Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Handling and delivery times vary based on location.

6. Payment and Fees

All fees must be settled before access or shipment. Payment methods include major card networks and bank transfer. Processing may take up to three business days.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

Participants may cancel at least seven days before a scheduled session to receive full credit toward another offering. Cancellations less than seven days before start time are not eligible for credit due to planning requirements.

Credits may be applied to courses scheduled within six months of the original session date.

7.2 Info Products

All digital downloads are final and not eligible for any reimbursement once access is granted, as materials cannot be revoked.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within fourteen days of receipt if unused and in original condition. To initiate, contact our team via our contact form. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once items are received and inspected, we will issue a reimbursement to the original payment method within ten business days. Shipping costs are non-recoverable.

8. Rescheduling

Services may be rescheduled at no additional charge if requested at least forty-eight hours before the start time. Contact us through our contact form to make changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberQualis and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential harm arising from use of our offerings.
